SWIM BIKE RUN FOR HABITAT

Swim Bike Run for Habitat, Seattle’s finest exercise-based charity event, is back at this year’s Seattle Homeshow! Join forces with Aqua Quip, BECU and Fitness Shop to Swim, Bike, and/or Run for a great cause.

If you’re a triathlete, a fitness enthusiast, or someone looking for a fun weekend event, Swim Bike Run for Habitat is the perfect way to give back with some fun exercise. Everyone is welcome to participate, whether you are a fitness pro or not, every minute, every meter, adds up to Aqua Quip, the Seattle Home Show, Fitness Shop and BECU will making a donation to Habitat for Humanity on your behalf!

Saturday and Sunday for the weekend of February 25-26 & March 4-5 you can find a Swim Spa, Stationary Bike, and Treadmill on the Seattle Home Show floor at Lumen Field Event Center. Participants in Swim Bike Run receive free parking and admission to the Seattle Homeshow! We also encourage friends and families to join their athlete by offering buy one get one tickets when you sign up. Let your friends come and cheer you on and add to the donation, if they can’t bike, run, or swim themselves.

RULES/DONATION INFORMATION

Each participant (individual, or team) can sign up for 1, 2, or all 3 triathlon events*

Teams cannot include more than 3 people

1 SWIMMING EVENT is up to 50 minutes in Aqua Quip’s Hydropool Swim Spa. $4.00 per minute will be donated to Habitat for Humanity for up to $200.00 total donation.

1 BIKING EVENT is up to 10k on an excessive bike from Fitness Shop - $20.00 per Kilometer biked will be donated to Habitat for Humanity for up to $200.00 total donation.

1 RUNNING EVENT is up to 5k on a treadmill from Fitness Shop - $40.00 per Kilometer ran will be donated to Habitat for Humanity for up to $200.00 total donation.

While swimming, the swimmer cannot touch any part of the SwimSpa, any person, or thing in order to stabilize themselves or aid in the completion of the event

The swim time will end once the swimmer has touched any part of the spa, any person or thing or once the entire 45 minutes has been completed

All participants must be 18 or older, or have a parent or legal guardian sign
